Building Sustainably at EBV

EBV has been designed and built with environmental sustainability at the fore. All addresses have a 7.5-star average NatHERS rating, and some will also achieve operational carbon neutral building status. We’re achieving this through a commitment to offsets and renewable energy sources along with a host of industry leading Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) initiatives such as rooftop solar panels, passive building design, water efficient fixtures and fittings, motion and daylight sensors and double-glazed windows. This means that life at much of EBV will have no net negative impact on the environment.

Rooftops & Green Spaces

There will be more than 2300sqm of villager-only communal and green spaces at EBV. These include activated rooftops, podium gardens, foyers, an open-air pedestrian walkway and a secluded ground floor garden. Villagers will be able to access the rooftops and other communal green spaces at every address.

EBV has its very own weather station

EBV has its very own weather station, which is located on the rooftop of 9 Village Ave. There are two ways you can check the live data feeding from the rooftop weather station, along with the local forecast for EBV:
